Jean Bart Theater

With the goal of producing artistic performances – dramatic shows, theater-dance performances, experimental theater, and concerts of various music genres – the Jean Bart Theater has succeeded in gathering lovers of dramatic art, and not only.

The main stage, where both very young artists and established performers have performed and continue to perform, has a width of 16 meters and a depth of 9.50 meters.

The theater also has a studio hall with 60 seats, makeup rooms, movement – dance rooms, exhibition halls, and a cozy foyer equipped with a cloakroom.

Since October 2010, the Jean Bart Cultural Center has become an associate member of the European Theater Convention, being the third institution in the country to have this privilege, after the Marin Sorescu National Theater in Craiova and the Timișoara National Theater.
