Danube Delta Fish Soup Festival

The 7th edition of the Danube Delta Fish Borscht Festival will take place this year on the weekend of September 4-5, 2026 in the village of Crişan in the heart of the Delta.

During the two days of the festival, there will be traditional culinary demonstrations, a fish borscht cooking contest with chef Cătălin Scarlatescu, folklore performances, live music, traditions and local delicacies.
