Le Pelican Sportif is the newest and most modern sports complex in Tulcea, located in a privileged position - right next to the new Multipurpose Hall in Tulcea and in the vicinity of Ciuperca Park. The facilities of the location are: fitness room, squash, SPA area (with jacuzzi, wet sauna and dry sauna + massage room), billiards and darts area and tennis courts (on clay).
