The new cultural space in the heart of the Danube Delta, the Ivan Patzaichin Museum – Community Innovation Center, built on the footprint of Ivan Patzaichin's parents' house, in the village of Mila 23, celebrates the successes of the great champion and provides a framework for exposing his concerns regarding the Delta, for encouraging and expressing the culture and traditions of the Lipovans from Mila 23 and for the promotion of the fragile biodiversity of the Danube Delta. Through education projects and providing a space for artistic and research residencies, the Museum will become an essential pillar in the life of the community and will contribute to the evolution of the Danube Delta and the well-being of its inhabitants, offering all protected natural areas in the country a model of an institution based on modern principles of community collaboration.

CENTRAL HORECA S.R.L. has been operating since 1992, in the municipality of Tulcea, with public catering as its main activity. The company was permanently self-financed and made a profit every year. Since the confectionery laboratory was approaching its maximum capacity, in 2021 we started the construction of a new production space, with an area of ​​2000 square meters. Starting from 2024, Cofetăria Central has a new laboratory, equipped with state-of-the-art technology, purchased with the help of European funds. Our products are available in our own sales points, restaurant and confectionery. For delivery, in order to preserve the freshness of the products, we use our own cars equipped with cooling systems, according to the highest standards.

The Europolis Company was founded in 1992 as a joint-stock company. The basic activity is hotel accommodation, catering and tourism in Dobrogea and the Danube Delta. Hotel Europolis *** is located on Pacii str., no. 20, at kilometer zero of Tulcea Municipality. The location has a number of 70 rooms, 3 restaurants with 60 seats and one with 120 seats that can also be adapted as conference rooms.
